Refund & Return Policy

If you buy a ready-made piece from the gallery as a distance sale (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or phone) you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as provided by EU and Cyprus consumer law.

How to return

  • Message us on WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery.
  • Keep the item unused, in its original condition, and packed safely.
  • We will confirm the return and how to send it or bring it to the Limassol studio.
  • After we inspect the item, we refund the price using the original payment method where possible, usually within 14 days of receiving the return.

Items we cannot refund

  • Personalised or made-to-order work started to your specification.
  • Workshop places once the session has begun, or digital confirmations already used.
  • Goods damaged by wear, misuse, or return postage that we did not agree to cover.

Faulty or not-as-described items are repaired, replaced, or refunded under Cyprus consumer guarantees. Return postage for a legal withdrawal is paid by you unless the item was faulty or we made an error.

Terms & Conditions

By ordering, booking a workshop, or using this website you agree to these terms. We supply handmade gifts, crafts, party entertainment, and studio workshops from Limassol.

  • Gallery prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Stock and prices can change until we confirm your order.
  • An order is accepted when we confirm it on WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or in the studio.
  • Photos are of real studio work; handmade pieces can vary slightly in colour and finish.
  • You must give accurate contact and delivery details.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if payment fails, or if we cannot deliver safely.
  • Cypriot law applies. You may also use EU consumer dispute services if a complaint cannot be resolved with us.

Privacy Policy

Marina Aristidou is the data controller for personal data collected through this site, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and the studio. We process data under the GDPR and Cyprus data-protection law.

What we collect

  • Name, phone, email, and message when you book or order.
  • Delivery address when you ask for shipping.
  • Language preference stored in your browser.
  • Admin gallery edits stored only in the browser of a signed-in studio user.

Why we use it

To answer bookings, fulfil orders, deliver goods, and keep the website working (legitimate interests and contract). We do not sell your data. WhatsApp, Instagram, and email providers process messages under their own terms when you contact us there.

How long we keep it

Order and booking details are kept only as long as needed for the order, accounts, and legal records, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, or object to processing. Email ma_artistic@outlook.com. You may complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

Shipping Policy

We deliver across Cyprus (including Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and Nicosia) and offer collection from 67B Franklinou Roosevelt, Limassol 3011, by appointment.

  • Shipping cost and timing are confirmed before you pay, based on size, destination, and whether the piece is in stock or made to order.
  • In-stock gifts are usually prepared within a few working days. Made-to-order work follows the date we agree with you.
  • Risk passes to you when the courier or we hand over the parcel, unless the law says otherwise for consumers.
  • If a parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos where relevant so we can help with the courier.
  • International shipping is available only if we agree it in writing first.

Cancellation Policy

Product orders

You may cancel a distance-sale order until we dispatch it, and you still have the 14-day withdrawal right after delivery for eligible goods (see Refund & Return).

Workshops and parties

  • Cancel 7 or more days before the date for a full refund of the workshop or party booking fee we received.
  • Cancel between 6 days and 48 hours before: 50% of the fee may be kept if we cannot refill the place.
  • Cancel under 48 hours, or if you do not attend: the fee is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or a new date.

Tell us by WhatsApp, phone, or email so we can confirm the cancellation in writing.

Cookie Policy

This site uses only storage that is needed to run the service. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

  • Language preference — stored in your browser so EN/EL stays selected.
  • Cookie notice — remembers that you closed this notice.
  • Studio admin — login session and gallery stock are stored in the admin browser only, not for public visitors.
